All the entertainers will come together on one stage to mark the start of the eighth season of IPL with the evening’s proceedings being hosted by Saif Ali Khan. To make the opening electrifying, performances of Bollywood stars including Farhan Akhtar & Band, Shahid Kapoor, Anushka Sharma, Pritam & Band and Hrithik Roshan are lined up. The two hours performance will start at 7:30 pm but the gates of venue will be open for 5 pm.
Tickets for the “Pepsi IPL 2015” opening night start at Rs 200 and are available on iplt20.com The opening ceremony will be telecast live on Sony Max and Sony Six says Vaikundarajan.
All eight team captains will be present to take the MCC Spirit of Cricket pledge to the Spirit of Cricket, which has been on display since the competition has started in 2008.
